Cancellation Policy

Please book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. 

As a courtesy to all spa guests, cancellations must be made 24-hours in advance of your appointment time. 

Failure to cancel within the cancellation period will result in the full-service rate being charged.  We will endeavor to accommodate your appointment if possible.  However, if we are unable to do so a full charge will apply.  Failure to pay the cancellation fee may affect your ability to book future appointments.

Your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment, which will end as scheduled.

If you wish to amend your booking in any way, please contact us before you arrive. We will do our best to accommodate any requests but cannot guarantee it.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented to reception upon arrival.
